The Guy's Varsity saw action at home on Thursday Night against the American Christian Academy Eagles. They never trailed in the game, and won with a final score of 59 to 42. Both squads had excellant ball movement and it was a very exciting game.
Michael Bouchard scored 19 points going 9 for 15 from the floor. He was 1 for 2 from beyond the arch. Jordan Rice scored 11 points, ending up 4 for 10 from the floor with 10 rebounds. He was 3 for 4 from the line.
Brad Milne had his best game of the season, scoring 10 points on 5 for 11 play. Kevin Pannington went 4 for 10 with 9 points scored. Kirk Nichols made the most of his playing minutes scoring 6 points with 3 baskets on 5 attempts.
It was the first win on the season for the Lumberjacks.
